Stacy has more than 30 years of experience in the pension, investment and banking industries. Stacy held several global leadership roles within Mercer, including managing the investment business global strategy for mergers and acquisitions, being the Global Leader for the Multinational Corporate Client Segment from 2002 – 2005 and 2011 – 2016, and the Global Leader and founding member of the Mercer Sentinel® Group from 2005 – 2011.

Prior to Mercer, Stacy was a senior financial analyst responsible for research and policy development in Bank Supervision at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and an auditor for the National Futures Association. Stacy was appointed for a three-year term to the Department of Labor’s ERISA Advisory Council from January 2016 to December 2018.

Stacy has a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Illinois and a Master of Arts in international economics and European history from the Johns Hopkins University Paul Nitze School for Advanced International Studies. She is a CFA Charterholder.

Stacy currently is also a board member of the Invictus Theatre Company and has been a volunteer with multiple other organizations. She volunteered for the Red Cross CFO Workforce Planning team, Urban Alliance Chicago (which helps young people in under-served communities understand financial services and how to develop skills relevant for the workplace), Growing Home’s job readiness program and World Chicago’s International Visitor Leadership program. Stacy has also volunteered with The Heartland Alliance to teach English as a second language to refugees and asylum seekers.
