Denise Winchar is Vice President, Regional Director, Global Consultant Relations at Dimensional Fund Advisors. Prior to that, she was President and Co-founder of  Belvedere Partnership Ltd.  She has over 25 years of investment management expertise focused in strategy, institutional distribution and consultant relations. She served as President of Phoenix Institutional Markets Group (now Virtus Investment Partners), leading the global sales, consultant relations, marketing and client servicing arms for the multi-manager platform.

Denise’s past experience also includes roles as Managing Director of Institutional Sales at Wells Capital Management, where she oversaw institutional sales, consultant relations and marketing as well as Vice President of Institutional Sales and Marketing at Scudder Stevens & Clark, Inc. (now Deutsche Bank); and Global Institutional Sales Manager at FBS Capital Markets, Inc., (now BanCorp).  Denise double-majored, receiving BA degrees in Political Science and Sociology from De Paul University in Chicago, where she also pursued graduate studies toward an MBA degree. She was a long term Board member of Keel Asset Management.
