Principal, Senior Consultant - Mercer

Colleen Fearn is a Principal and Senior Consultant with Mercer based in the Chicago Office. Colleen specializes in providing strategic investment advice for not-for-profit client relationships, with a focus on endowments and foundations. She works with not-for-profit clients in providing customized solutions involving asset allocation, investment structure, and portfolio design. She is also responsible for managing a team of investment analysts and associates in Mercer’s Chicago office. Prior to joining Mercer by acquisition in 2018, Colleen worked as an analyst at Pavilion Advisory Group Inc.

Colleen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Finance from The Ohio State University. She has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and is a member of the CAIA Chicago Chapter. Colleen also serves as the Chair of the Membership Committee for the Women Investment Professionals (WIP) organization based in Chicago, that supports women in the investment community.
