Expertise
Ms. Crotty is a Senior Vice President at Segal Marco Advisors and is part of the management team and member of the Segal Board of Directors. Ms. Crotty has over 35 years in the investment business. Her extensive consulting experience to a broad range of clients includes providing advice on asset allocation, manager selection and investment performance.
Professional Background
Prior to joining Segal Marco Advisors, Ms. Crotty was a consultant at Callan Associates and Hamilton and Co., working with multiemployer, foundation, corporate and other pension plans in the management of their funds. Ms. Crotty was formerly head of client management at a hedge fund of fund and worked for the Pension Plan of General Motors and GTE Investments.
Education/Professional Designations
Ms. Crotty received her BS from Boston College and her MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut. She is a former Trustee of the State of New Jersey Division Pension Plan, the Investment Committee of Church of Christ the King and Homeless Solutions in Morristown, NJ.

Ms. Crotty is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events such as the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).

Responsibilities at Putnam
Ms. DeMore is a Portfolio Manager and an Analyst in the Equity Research group. She is an Assistant Portfolio Manager of Putnam Equity Income Fund and Putnam International Value Fund. Previously at Putnam, Ms. DeMore served as an Analyst covering the non-U.S. financials, telecommunications, and utilities sectors. She joined Putnam in 2006 and has been in the investment industry since 2002.

Harisha Koneru Haigh, CFA
Managing Director, Private Investments and Real Assets
Northwestern University

Ms. Haigh manages the Private Investments and Real Assets portfolios for Northwestern University’s $11 billion endowment. Ms. Haigh is responsible for all aspects of these portfolios, including venture capital, buyouts, real estate, and natural resources investments.

Prior to joining Northwestern University in 2005, Ms. Haigh was a Principal at PPM America Capital Partners, LLC, the U.S. private equity manager for Prudential plc and Jackson National Life Insurance Company. She also worked in London for Silverfleet, a PPM affiliate, focusing on European middle market buyout transactions. She began her career in the investment banking department of ABN AMRO, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions of small and middle market companies.

Ms. Haigh received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Ms. Haigh is a CFA charterholder.

Jennifer Rosenblum is a senior managing director in Mesirow Wealth Management. She specializes in working with individuals, families, charitable organizations, and business owners to help them create comprehensive financial planning strategies to accumulate, grow, protect, and distribute their wealth.

Jennifer has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Mesirow in 1997, she was an investment portfolio manager, analyst, and fixed income trader with Gofen and Glossberg.

Jennifer was honored as one of Crain’s 2019 Chicago Business’ notable women executives. She is a mentor (and founding board member) for Pass with Flying Colors (PWFC), a non-profit organization providing Chicago students from underserved communities with resources to succeed in college. She is also a member of Mesirow Big Brothers Big Sisters program, Impact Grants Chicago and the University of Illinois Jewish Studies Program.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois and is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) Charterholder.
