Shauna Conza is a Senior Investment Director at Legal & General Investment Management America (LGIMA). In her role, she focuses on Public and Taft-Hartley institutions, to broaden LGIMA’s presence within those markets.
She has over 25 years of investment industry experience. Prior to joining LGIMA in 2018, she served as Managing Director at Pavilion Global Markets. Shauna founded Lambright Financial Solutions which was later acquired by Knight Capital Americas. She has also held senior roles at BNY Brokerage and CRA Rogerscasey. Shauna began her career with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Shauna serves on various committees of community outreach services in Chicago in addition to being a former board member of Women Investment Professionals, current member of the and member of National Association of Securities Professionals.

Known for her highly practical and inter-disciplinary approach, Lauren tackles tough speaking and communication issues with refreshing humor and candor. A member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, she has worked with a variety of clients and audiences in Canada, the US, the UK, and Europe including KPMG, T-Mobile, Grant Thornton, the Government of Alberta, the University of Alberta, Hypertension Canada, and many more. She holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and a certificate in Management Development. Her book, The Handy Communication Answer Book, was featured on Library Journal’s Best Reference Books of 2017 list. Lauren teaches courses on business communication topics at Concordia University of Edmonton and the University of Alberta.
