Christine will provide background and the science behind the responses to the assessment. Then, join us for a fireside chat with Michelle McBride and moderator, Tara Giuliano. Michelle will share her unique experience in leadership development and discuss how to navigate career growth by tapping into the unique tools in your toolkit.
When you register for this session, you will gain access to the Korn Ferry online Executive Assessment (KF4D). The KF4D assessment is designed to summarize your leadership and talent attributes and can be used as a tool to increase your self-awareness and target areas for development. There are no right or wrong answers on the assessment.

- Christine Fuchs, Psy.D., is Vice President of Assessment Services at Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s New York office.
- Ms. Fuchs oversees administration and interpretation of Korn Ferry’s proprietary Search Assessment™ tool, including the continued development of job and culture profiles used to benchmark candidates.
- She joined Korn Ferry as a search assessment specialist with a broad range of assessment, clinical, and consulting experience.
She has extensive assessment and consulting experience in a variety of settings, including profit and non-profit entities, municipal agencies, law enforcement and criminal justice agencies, hospital and clinic settings, school/university and private practice settings.
Academic and Professional background
Ms. Fuchs earned her doctor of psychology degree from Baylor University after completing her master’s degree in forensic psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is a licensed clinical psychologist. Her professional experience includes teaching undergraduate courses at Baylor University.
Head of Client and Product Marketing
Tara oversees client and product marketing for Nuveen. She is instrumental in effectively bringing Nuveen’s collective investment capabilities to our clients. Tara oversees a team that develops and executes on go to market plans aimed at acquiring, retaining and expanding client relationships while producing compelling investment stories that differentiate Nuveen from our competitors and address specific client needs.
Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Tara held senior roles at UBS Asset Management as institutional global head of marketing and head of marketing for the Americas. She was also the CMO at Sikich, a professional services firm. She was also the director of asset management marketing at Morningstar and has held marketing roles at Allianz Global
Corporate & Specialty and Nationwide.
Tara graduated with a B.S., cum laude, with honors and with distinction, in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and a master’s in Communications from DePaul University. She is on the Ambassador Board for Dymynd Angels, a female focused angel investment initiative. Tara also works with Access Living, a non profit assisting the disabilities community and Night Ministry, an outreach program helping to feed Chicago’s homeless.
McBride Consulting Group
Michelle launched her career at Hewitt, then spent 22 years in a variety of talent and leadership development roles at Accenture, a global management consulting firm. In 2016, she launched an independent coaching and consulting firm focused on developing leaders and teams.
Michelle is an adjunct faculty member at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business where she is a leadership coach for MBA candidates. She also serves as a coaching advisor within the MSLOC program at Northwestern University. Additionally, she is a program lead and facilitator for Women Unlimited, a renowned provider of leadership development programs for emerging women leaders in Fortune 500 companies.
As a strategic human capital program expert and certified coach, her career experience includes a focus on individual and team performance coaching, strategic program design targeting emerging leaders, talent strategy, coaching program design and implementation, performance management, and capability development.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s of Science in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago and a graduate certificate in Organizational Leadership and Coaching from Northwestern University. She is a Gallup certified Strengths Coach and holds additional certifications in the Hogan Assessment, Hogan 360, Tracom Social Styles, and the Perceptive Communications styles assessment.
A passionate and engaged coach with a calm presence and warm sense of humor, she draws insight from her background as a global corporate executive and leadership development consultant. Her clients benefit from expert approaches that foster simple, practical changes leading to positive outcomes for individuals, teams and organizations.
Michelle and her husband, Mickey, have two teenaged children, Conor and Bridget. This crew lives in the Chicago suburbs with their two lovable golden retrievers, Ruth and Charlie. In addition to spending time with friends and family, Michelle enjoys music, running, biking and traveling.
